Please help us keep our community looking its best!
The Board will send you a Notice of Violation when you have an unresolved issue that violates our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
If you receive a violation, please communicate with us. Reply to the email, or text or call. Let us know what is going on or if you need assistance.
Below are the procedural steps we follow:
Notice of Violation: This notice identifies the violation and the specific rule involved. You will have 14 days to resolve the issue.
Hearing: If the issue remains unresolved, the Board will hold a hearing on day 15.
Board Actions: Following the hearing, the Board may choose to enter the property to correct the issue at the owner's expense.
Alternatively, after a five-day grace period, the Board may implement a fine of $100 per day.
Fines: Daily fines will begin on day 21 if the issue is still not resolved.
Please note that all notices are sent via email.

From time to time, to keep expenses down and annual dues from rising, we may need helping hands to beautify our community or repair/maintain our common areas. Examples: Playset repairs, maintaining signs & lighting, spreading pine straw or playground mulch, etc. Send an email to board@meadowglenhoa.org with the subject 'Helping Hands.' Be sure your contact info is included. We will reach out when there is a need.
