Board approval is likely required. PLEASE check with us first!

The Board will send "Friendly Reminders" if you have items needing attention. 

Please address the situations as soon as possible. Official notice will follow if  the item is not resolved.

Lend a Hand in the Neighborhood

From time to time, to keep expenses down and annual dues from rising, we may need helping hands to beautify our community or repair/maintain our common areas. Examples: Playset repairs, maintaining signs & lighting, spreading pine straw or playground mulch, etc. Send an email to board@meadowglenhoa.org with the subject 'Helping Hands.' Be sure your contact info is included. We will reach out when there is a need.
